My name is Jacob McCarthy and I lead the S-5 shop for the JROTC program at Franklin. I am a part of the raider team and was a former color guard member. I am also involved with school clubs. Outside of school I participate in sports and other activities.

The S-5 shop is in charge of everything media-related for Franklin’s JROTC program. This includes the creation of the Franklin JROTC website, updating students online about upcoming events, and a recurring newsletter for students and Franklin residents to read. The S-5 shop is also responsible for taking photos and uploading them to highlight important JROTC events.
